The Services are provided exclusively for the following purposes:

• Helping customers and/or members gather travel information, publish Content, and search for tourism services; and
• Allowing members to enrich tourist sites listed on the website, add unlisted tourist sites, provide reviews, and share their travel experiences; and
• Helping tourism service providers establish relationships with their customers, including potential customers, through free or paid services offered by Yafohi-Travel.

You understand and agree that your continued access to and use of the Services after such modifications means that you agree to comply with the amended or updated Agreement. We will indicate the date of the latest modifications to this Agreement at the bottom of this document, and such modifications will take effect upon publication.

As a condition of your use of the Services, you certify that:

• All information you provide to Yafohi-Travel is true, accurate, current, and complete;
• If you are an Account holder, you will maintain your information and will be fully responsible for any use of your account by anyone other than yourself; and
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and use the Services of our website in accordance with all applicable terms and conditions.

We may also offer additional services that may be governed by additional terms or other agreements. If you use such additional services, the additional terms will be made available to you and will form an integral part of this Agreement, unless they expressly exclude or replace this Agreement in any way.

We take reasonable measures to make our Web Platform available; however, we cannot guarantee that all information contained therein is accurate (we obtain information from Service Providers or members who have referenced tourist sites). To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held responsible for errors, interruptions, or missing information, although we make every effort to correct or resolve them as soon as possible.

We are not a party to the agreements between you and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the tourism experience. When you visit or book accommodation, an activity, or a restaurant, Yafohi-Travel provides you with the Platform for which it is responsible, but is not responsible for the tourism experience.

Yafohi-Travel does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any other practices on these websites. Furthermore, you are responsible for taking the necessary precautions to ensure that any link you select or software you download (whether from this Website or any other website) does not contain elements such as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, defects, or other destructive elements.

In accordance with applicable French law, the entire structure and content of the website www.yafohi-travel.com (logos, images, texts, articles, documents, videos, services, etc.) are the exclusive property of Yafohi-Travel.

The content of the website www.yafohi-travel.com is developed and governed in accordance with French law. These terms and conditions of use are subject to French law.
