How to obtain a Visa for Ivory Coast?

The Côte d'Ivoire e-Visa "SNEDAI" allows you to arrive in Côte d'Ivoire via Abidjan's Félix Houphouët-Boigny International Airport after completing the mandatory online pre-enrollment process. 

The pre-registration document you receive will allow you to board your flight. 

When you arrive in Abidjan, you'll need to present this document at the "Airport Visa" section of the airport, along with your passport and yellow fever vaccination certificate.

Your visa will be issued immediately. 

How long is a visa valid in Côte d'Ivoire? 

The electronic visa is valid for stays of up to 90 days. You can make several trips (multiple entries). 

What are the authorized reasons for travel? 

The following travel purposes are allowed: tourism, family, business, medical or study. 

How much does it cost? 

A fee of 73 euros per person (or the equivalent of 47,884 FCFA).

All nationalities are eligible. 

Is it renewable?

The Côte d'Ivoire e-visa is renewable on site.

What documents are required? 

Here is the list of documents required: 

• A copy of your passport (both sides) valid for at least 6 months after the planned return date. 
• A copy of your round-trip air ticket reservation.
• A copy of your hotel reservation or proof of accommodation. 

What are the different registration stages? 

Stage 1: Pre-enrolment

In this stage, travelers register their personal and travel information on the site, and provide the required documents. 

The applicant must then pay a fee. Payment is made by Visa or MasterCard. 

Once payment has been validated, the applicant receives an e-mail with a proof of payment. 

Step 2: Receipt of reply

Within 48 working hours, the applicant receives a bar-coded document at his or her e-mail address, with the answer "approved or refused".

Step 3: Enrolment at the airport.

The applicant boards the plane with the document he or she has received by e-mail "Pre-enrolment approved".

On arrival at Abidjan airport, he/she must go to the "Airport Visa" area to complete his/her biometric enrolment. The visa is printed and issued immediately.
